Don Falk, BSc Ag, CCA

Don Falk joined the team in the fall of 2012. He grew up on a farm in Waldheim, SK, and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Bioresources. He worked in southern Manitoba for 2 and a half years at a retail ag location before moving to Portage La Prairie with his wife and 3 children, where he currently resides. He has been working in the agriculture industry for the past 16 years, providing agronomic consulting services to farmers. Don has held his CCA designation since 2012 and has had his MMP designation since 2016. In his spare time, Don enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

Nick DeVries, BSc Ag

New to the team is Nick DeVries, who grew up in Norte-Dame-de-Lourdes, MB, and currently resides in the St. Claude, MB, area. He recently graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Agronomy. He has spent the last few summers working as a summer student for Corteva Agriscience. Nick is an avid sports fan and enjoys camping and hunting in his free time! 

Shae-Lynn McKinstry

Shae-Lynn McKinstry started working for Delta Ag in February of 2024. She grew up in MacGregor, MB, always surrounded by the agriculture industry. She graduated from Assiniboine Community College in 2022 with a diploma in agribusiness. After college, Shae-Lynn worked in account management with an agricultural company, but agronomy has always been her passion. Shae-Lynn now lives in Portage with her boyfriend and their two Golden Retrievers, Ripley and Jovi.

Justin Cleaver, CCA

Justin Cleaver joined the team in the spring of 2025. He grew up in the Carberry area and currently resides in MacGregor with his wife, Alicia, and two children, Kaylee and Chloe. He graduated from GIS Environmental Technologies from Assiniboine Community College in 2008. He has been working in the agriculture industry for the past 16 years in precision ag, agronomy, drainage, analyzing field trials, and retail. He passed his CCA exam in 2018 and became a member of the Manitoba Institute of Agronomists in 2022. His passion for precision ag allowed him to EC map fields from Winnipeg to Medicine Hat and write Rx’s for many producers in between. In Justin’s spare time, he enjoys photography, camping, hunting, and fishing. 

Lindsay Blight, BSc Ag, CCA

Lindsay Blight has been a member of the team since the fall of 2021! She grew up in Portage La Prairie and continues to reside here with her boyfriend, Chase. Lindsay graduated from the University of Manitoba with her Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and has since received her CCA certification. In her spare time, Lindsay coaches female hockey in the area, spends time with her family and friends, and enjoys doing many fun outdoor activities with her boyfriend, Chase!

Daniel Woo, BSc Ag, CCA, PAg

Daniel Woo joined the team in January of 2020. He grew up in Winnipeg, MB, and now lives in Portage La Prairie with his fiancé, Brittany. Daniel graduated from the University of Manitoba with his Bachelor of Science in Agronomy in 2017 and has since received his CCA certification and PAg. Daniel and his fiancé have two dogs, Tigger and Mercy. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys staying active (going to the gym), hunting, and overall just staying out of trouble! 

Ritchard Wiebe

Ritchard Wiebe began working with Delta Ag in 2016 as a seasonal worker, which progressed into a full-time role. He grew up in the Portage La Prairie area and continues to live here with his wife, Elizabeth. Ritchard and his wife have 2 fur-children (dogs): Pepe and Piper! In his spare time, Ritchard enjoys fishing, watching crime TV series, and summer walks with Elizabeth, Pepe, and Piper.
